Shipping & Returns
How long does it take to deliver my order?
All UK orders over £25 come with free delivery using the Royal Mail 24 service, so you can expect your new case in 2-3 working days from dispatch.
Please note, we only ship our orders Monday-Friday so any orders made over a weekend or Bank Holiday will be shipped the next working day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - We offer worldwide shipping!. Our international shipping is a flat rate of £5, which we estimate to be delivered in 10-12 working days from dispatch.
Please be aware of the customs regulations for your country before ordering.
Does the international shipping fee include import taxes and customs charges?
No - The shipping fee is solely to cover the costs of delivery.
We fully appreciate that it is becoming increasingly difficult to ship to Europe since the UK left the EU.
However, it is the customer’s responsibility to acknowledge and understand the costs associated with ordering from the UK.
Is there a way to track my order?
Unfortunately we do not provide a fully tracked service for UK or international orders at this time.
However, with the free UK shipping service you will receive a ‘scan on delivery’ tracking number within the dispatch email, which shows if the package has been delivered or not.
Can I exchange my case if I order the wrong Wave Case?
We understand it’s easy to make a mistake when there’s so many different phone sizes and colour variations out there. So if your order arrives and it’s the wrong size or colour, we’re happy to exchange it for free within 14 days of purchase!
All we ask in return, is for you to send us back the original order - using a Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter stamp is the cheapest method.

What should I do if you’ve sent me the wrong case?
We’ll hold our hands up, we can sometimes send the wrong case out by mistake - we’re only human! In the unlikely event this does happen please contact us to arrange your replacement.
Can I get a refund on my Wave Case?
We hope you will love your Wave Case as much as we do! But if you are not happy with your order upon arrival, we offer full refunds within 14 days of purchase (excluding any delivery costs).
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a free returns service, so you will need to cover any delivery charges - using a Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter stamp is the cheapest method.

When will I receive my refund?
Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 5 working days of it reaching our warehouse. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate this for you.
What packaging do you use when shipping my Wave Case?
We hate unnecessary packaging! We ship all of our orders in 100% plastic free mailers which are made from recycled cardboard. Our packaging is fully recyclable, to contribute to our aim of having a minimal impact upon the planet.
What should I do if I’ve entered the wrong delivery address?
If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong delivery address please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange for it to be updated.
Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped we’re unable to amend the delivery address.
